To submit a claim:
- Your Details enables Chubb to validate your claim. You must have an email address to submit a claim.
- Contact Information allows Chubb to give you real-time updates on your claim status or contact you for additional information.
- Supporting Documents vary based on claim type, but any relevant receipts, photographs or quotes should be attached to your online submission to expedite assessment. Please be aware once you have submitted your information Chubb will contact you if additional Supporting Documents are required. All supporting documents must be clear and legible.
- Intended Payee Information allows Chubb to quickly make approved payments.
