  • Your Details enables Chubb to validate your claim. You must have an email address to submit a claim.
  • Contact Information allows Chubb to give you real-time updates on your claim status or contact you for additional information.
  • Supporting Documents vary based on claim type, but any relevant receipts, photographs or quotes should be attached to your online submission to expedite assessment. Please be aware once you have submitted your information Chubb will contact you if additional Supporting Documents are required. All supporting documents must be clear and legible.
  • Intended Payee Information allows Chubb to quickly make approved payments.

NOTES BEFORE YOU BEGIN

TIME LIMIT

You must complete the online submission in one session. It is not possible to save and return later. There is no time limitation to complete each page of the portal and the overall claim submission. However, please note that the system will log you out automatically after 20 minutes of inactivity on a single page and any data you have already entered will be lost. To avoid this, please do not leave a page open longer than 20 minutes without screen activity – such as clicking through the fields.

You must complete the online submission in one session. If you do not have all the materials or enough time you can request a PDF form.
